Synchronicity put Gary into our lives! He is an awesome realtor. You will be very happy with his services. For us, he was always available and kept us in the communication loop. He gave us excellent advice and helped us to navigate the sometimes tricky and definitely touchy process of buying our home. At one point we cancelled the contract because we needed the seller to negotiate on a couple of conditions.
A few days after we cancelled and moved on (even put an offer on another house), the sellers relisted their house at a lower price. Gary was wise enough to simply reopen the contract so that we could continue where we had left off before. I had no idea that we could to that! He asked us to let him handle the tentative situation of our counter offer. He felt confident that he knew what to say and do. He was right! We ended up buying the very home that we cancelled on. We were thrilled!
But before we could go down the road of purchasing in Sedona, we had to sell our property in Pine, AZ. And while he couldn’t represent us for that, we did ask him for his advice. He also helped us smooth some language on a counter offer. We leaned on him because our Pine realtor was not available in many ways, only wanting to text and continually out of town and not taking phone calls. I felt he was looking out for himself rather than for us. Gary was instrumental in our being able to sell the Pine house smoothly within around 3 weeks of listing. Thank you Gary! You rock!!!!
